1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends might experience a delay.
 Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. We take steps to minimize shipment delays during these times.

2. Shipping Cost & Shipping Time
Shipping to the UK: We only accept orders from customers in the United Kingdom. All products are shipped with free shipping.
Carriers: We work with a network of reliable carriers, including but not limited to Royal Mail, Evri (formerly Hermes), DPD UK, Yodel, and ParcelForce Worldwide. The fastest available carrier will be selected based on your delivery address.

Total Shipping Time: Total shipping time is the processing time plus the shipping time, depending on your location.

3. Tracking
Shipment Notification: You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.If you still do not see tracking updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
Tracking Issues: If you cannot track your package normally, contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

4. Delivery Time Exceeded
Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed, contact us via email at sales@laptopparts8.com. We will check the status with the transportation company promptly.

5. Change of Delivery Address
Address Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address is correct. To change your address, email us within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.

6. Order Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled if you contact us in time after purchase. If payment is completed and the parcel is not shipped, you can cancel your order before item delivery for a full refund.
Shipped Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Customers can return the items after receiving them.

7. Item Not Received
Tracking Information: We will provide a tracking number and link promptly. If you do not receive your item after an extended period, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and respond as soon as possible.
Lost Items: If a product is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping costs, or provide a full refund if the item is no longer required. We will process these claims within 3-5 business days.

8. About Tax
Customs Duties: Any customs duties are borne by Laptopparts8.com. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees besides the product price.
