If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt to process your return/exchange. Requests after 30 days will not be honored. Please contact us by email first.
1. Return & Exchange Conditions:
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase.
Use a shipping method with tracking information.
2. Non-returnable Items:
Items damaged or lost due to customer actions are non-refundable.
3. General Return Process:
Initiate a return: Email us with photos/videos of the items and your order number. Our customer service will determine eligibility within 2 business days.
Ship the item back: If accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Refund or exchange: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a replacement or refund within 2 working days.
4. Return Charge:
No handling fee for product returns.
If the return is due to our error (incorrect products, quality issues), a full refund will be provided.
If the return is due to the buyer (dislike, wrong product/size), the buyer pays the freight, and we do not refund the original shipping cost.
For products damaged or lost in transit, we will contact the customer within 2 working days. For refunds, we will deduct 20% of the order price for a partial refund.
5. Refunds:
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 1-2 working days, check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If still unresolved, contact us at sales@laptopparts8.com
6. Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled if contacted in time before shipment. If payment is completed but the parcel is not shipped, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Customers can return the goods after receiving them.
